You'd be a lot better off simply reading around for a few days... Check the General Hardware forum, the Intel forum, and the air Cooling / Water Cooling forums... There're a LOT of good reads around...

start off reading in the intel section, find a sticky on your mb, im sure there is one, read it, find out how good it is for ocing, etc.
then start off in the air cooling section, read up on a good air cooler, go get it.
oc your machine.... and start reading in the wc area, go build a loop, and oc some more.
