I'd say Crucial Ballistix 8500.

Mine do this at 2.55V:

Mind you, this wasn't even a matched pair, just 2 sticks bought not as a DC kit.

buying the crucial ballistix 6400 series you actually get PC2-8000 coded in SPD. and they all have d9gmh- why pay more?

Curios how long both of you have been running your ram at that voltage? At that voltage i'm thinking those won't last long.

I would say A-DATA is also good for the buck, 1066+ edition, with micron d9gmh, overclock as hell, and also able to acheive very tight timings, say 1GHz @ CL4-4-4-4 with 2.2V.

it has been said several times, that all crucial ballistix pc2-6400 4-4-4-12 are equipped with d9gmh. either you did something wrong or managed to kill the set at 2,6V
