I had the same issue. So, I spent $20 and bought a cheap case. Made life alot simpler. I do need to get rid of a couple of elbows though!

This may be a stupid question but do you really need two pumps? to me removing a pump and the associated tubing would make this look just fine. If you do really need them, maybe move them outside? I see your radiator is outside somewhere, so this kind of depends on how its setup externally.

not enough pictures to go to map out new loop order (simple but efficient )...
please post more pics...
the easiest suggestion is to buy a new case (like MountainMod's cases or Lian Li Cube case...) to fit all in, or do it yourself like Jedda's V-Twin case, and put all H2O cooling in the other case...

cant your fuzion block go the right way, sure i seen something about always putting it so the outlet is at the top to stop air getting trapped, dont think need to pupmps either im using the same pump and rad cooling my cpu and gpu aswell on one pump fine

Consider building an all in one external box, for your pump and rad, kinda like the WaterKeg. That way you could get poth pumps outside the case. Find a cheep toolbox at the store and have at it...
If you break into your water loop, consider rotating your CPU block so the 'out' is higher than the 'in'. D-Tek recomends the block be orentated that way when mounted.

Loose a pump and then work on cable management, if you don't mind modding your case a bit, break out the dremel or jigsaw and make some holes in the MB tray so you can route your wires 'that' much easier

good advice from .Logic...
i'd say one way or another, since we're in XtremeSystems, we all learn how to use em tools properly...
You better re-adjust your FuZion block. The outlet port must be higher than the inlet port. Look at your manual. The words "D-Tek" should be horizontal to your desk when you are standing your case up properly. You won't know it, and it probably won't happen now, but a huge air bubble can accumulate in the water block if you don't install it properly.
