Maximus Formula: Visual Inpsection

I am getting this board and I know that my local store have two in stock. I can probably open both boxes and choose one.

Please let me know how to choose a better board?

I read that some of you re-seat the heatpipes. How do I check if either board needs the re-seating?

As for version (V1.02g / V1.03g), they probably have the same version number.

just remount the rear plate with some washers.

My plate was actually hitting some of the smaller ceramic caps on the back of the board. Really poor QC if they let it out of the factory like that.
