Can the ones with a HR-03 Plus on a 8800 please list there temperatures

Hi everybody. I just mounted a HR-03 Plus on my 8800. And wanted to see what everyone else was getting for temp's. So can the ones with a HR-03 Plus on a 8800 please list there temperatures before and after?

im getting

- 41 idle
- 55 load

this is with a 90mm fan at roughly 3/4 flow via fan controller because of noise. both the video card and HR03 are lapped. i did a thread about it here:

I been just try to compare to others. But it seems no one else uses the HR-03 Plus. I been testing use the ATItool and there 3D view that fur cube.

And I get

42 idle
49 load

But it seems no one else uses the HR-03 Plus.



loads of people use it.


currently my idle temp is; 44deg.
load; dunno im playing Football manager 2008 so i'm not turning it off ;)
rivatuner is reporting my ambient is; 33degrees

I install HR-03/R600 on 8800 Ultra

stock cooling
idle 60 - load 76
HR-03/R600
idle 47 - load 65

i've just fitted an old 90mm silenx fan i found in a drawer. it shifts more air than one fitted but at the same noise level.

idle remains unaffected but load temps are now 52.

there is a 120mm scythe fan, model DFS122512L, only the ends have been cut from an old mod. when i solder it back up i'll fit and will hopefully see another improvement? only thing is that its noticabley louder than all the other fans i have, so far i've managed to keep a very quiet pc with just 3 x 120mm 1000rpm nexus fans, a 120mm 700rpm psu fan and of course the 90mm installed on the HR03
