Bricked My LANParty NF680i

Well, I tried to flash the BIOS on MY DFI LANParty UT NF680i LT and now it won't post. It powers up, the fans start and five seconds later it restarts. It will do this continually until you power it down. Am I as screwed as I think I am?

It is at least a removable BIOS chip, if you can find another one, or hotflash that one with a working board, you could still save it.

I believe that the chip is soldered on so that will not work.
