urgent..need compatibility confirmation between HSF, NB HSF on the DS3L!!!!

Does anyone know if it is possible to install the following without compatibility issues?

-Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L
-TR Ultra-120 Extreme w/ at least one 120x38mm fan pushing air->TRUE->exhaust fan
-TR HR-05 IFX/SLI (w/ small 80x25 or 80x15mm fan) on the NORTHBRIDGE
-8800GTS video card with nothing on the back (shouldn't conflict with the NB)
-Antec P182B case (should have a lot of room)

Can anyone confirm that all 3 parts (HSF, NB HSF, video card) can co-exist on the motherboard without any conflicts?

I'm about to hit the order button!

i'm using same mobo in that pic, same HSF, question is will the HR-05 IFX/SLI fit in between the CPU HSF and video card?

im getting that mobo and that heatsink. Was it easy to get on? And would u be bale to take me a better picture showing it on the mobo more? thanks
