well, i have three wires. Yellow, Red, and Blue and a 3uf capacitor rated up to 200v.
mainly I need to know which is positive? which is negative? which is ground?
whats the best way to wire this? it was wired at one point but i took it apart and didn't bother writing down how to put it back together .
do i even need the capacitor? if i can leave it out it'll be great.

well, I figured it out by myself in a very dangerous manner. trail and error with 15amps and 110 volts...
o well, heres what i figured out. Blue into right side of Capacitor with lead going to wall socket. Yellow into other side of capacitor. Red directly into wall socket.

Think I found the most Xtreme fan for a heatsink.

that giant fan thingy.
ChaosMinionX was right. this guy pushes a :banana::banana::banana: ton of air, it even rocks my case side to side when i turn it on full blast. I even had to cut out holes in the opposite side to allow air to escape lol.
but I have it wired up to a light dimmer switch so its not ridiculously loud any more. even at half voltage its still 20x louder than my yate loons (which are pretty much silent) but the light dimmer switch can turn off the fan as well as slow it down so its usually off unless im doing some extreme benching.
