Hi!

I'M looking for a Vmod on my Sapphire HD2600XT.
The memory is breaking 972MHz w/o Mods!
The Core ends up at 891MHz... very poor and it's absolutely Voltage dependend. Even a much more powerful cooling didn't help for a single MHz.

So I need a Vmod an hope to find held with Vmodding it here :)

Here are some Pics of the card an the ICs.
If you need more/ better/ other pictures just tell me - I'll try.

I think they won't be important, but I do also post them...

Thanks a lot for your help! :)

I think that there is bios lock for 2600 series,so more voltage wont help you

what kind of Bios Log?
There is a log in the region of 857 MHz to 870 MHz, but Clockspeeds above work fine, but the cards gets instable.
I'm sure a Vmod would help for more MHz :)

With GPU@1,45V and Ram@2,1V, the GPU can be clocked to 1006MHz, while Ram works with 1154MHz.
But these clocks don't work together...
Clocks arround 1000/700 oder 800/1150 work fine, if I clock to 1000/1150 card crashes in 3D. Even 1000/1050 don't work. The highest working clock I was able to find by now is 1000/1000.
I have to see how far I can get with the GPU if I clock the Ram to its max.

Even if I lower both Clocks it doesnt work...
950/1100 don't work either.
very strange...
