virtual drive problem in XP64 - please help

I'm using Daemon Tools to give me some virtual drives.. I can mount an image, but there is no auto-play happening, so i'll click on the 'CD' & i get this error message:
wth does this mean? how do i fix it?

Did you install the x64 version of Daemon Tools? If you didn't, it's on their website.

Are you sure it's not the image in question? Why not try another.

i just checked - i thought i had 64bit vs, & it aint!
as for other ISOs, they all do the same

so i guess i can try one of ur ideas! :up:

ok definitely got the 64bit version now.. still no go... :( in Task Manager the daemontools process is shown as a 32bit process?? wth??!

Did you uninstall the x86 version and then install the x64 version?
