Just curious about the new micron, are they as sensetiva as ddr2?

seen quite some benching here and relative high vDIMM, anyone got their RAM, dead, or any other symptoms of "dieing" ?

Should we be worried about this? are 2.0v max for a secure current?

Regards.

I've been feeding my Micron DDR3 kits with ~2.32V, my first kit ( arrived in mid June ) is still working fine with no signs of degradation. { 24/7 with BOINC, Dominator fans over it, 1600 6-5-5-18 2.32V since day 6 :D }.
It's still early to say that "X.yz Volts is totally safe", but looks like 2.0V is safe for real.

Allways something :) , gonna get 2gb of kingston 1800mhz, they are looking good and got micron on them, they are just next to Cellshock in speed...

but hey, they cost 4000kr, hard translate thats 620$, so i dont wanna toast them :) and i WILL bench with them.. they will feeeel my pressure!
