. It's gotten kind of loud. I hear the sound of a fan going, but what's really annoying is this high pitched noise that's not real audible, but is still annoying.

It's a Game Xstream 700W power supply.

Does anyone know of any Silent Power supplies that produce enough power for a crossfire setup, 3 hard drives, some lights in the case, and maybe a overclocking setup with the processor? I have liquid cooling. Here's my specs:

Core 2 Duo E6600 Processor
X1900XTX Video Card (512mb)
2Gb DDR 800 Ram Crucial Balistix
Asus P5w Dh Deluxe Motherboard
LOUD Game X-stream 700W PSU
Liquid Cooling Setup
3 Hard drives

Are you sure it is the PSU? Many motherboards have coils on them which make high pitched noises, some under load and some at idle.

If you can really prove that it is the PSU, I would consider a replacement as that could mean a capacitor is leaking or on its way out.

How long have you had it and when did it start?

Uh-oh. I'm hoping it's not the PSU, as that's the one I had picked out for my build.

PC Power & Cooling 750w Silencer. Look at my sig at what I have running on the PSU and it's more than sufficient.

And it's nice and quiet.... with a 5 year warranty.

Check everything else to rule out anything but the power supply. Can't even tell when my GameXstream is on and I've had it since release date.

If it is the psu head on over to OCZ's forum and see about a replacement.
