i know they are not popular anymore really but there must be a good forum with requalr posters somewhere?
anyone know where all the thermoelectric heads hang out???!

You can also try the Cooling Pro/Forums.
It is more of an advanced discussion (relatively of course) than here. But it is even less active -- you will find more technical statistics on TEC's there though.
