Hi,

Im about to invest in a couple of webcams and mics but tbh i'm pretty clueless as to what to go for. I have a budget of around £200 and want something decent for my daughters and I (divorced live apart). I use a projector so ideally i want something that can be used in low light but also i want a conference room style mic solution so both them and I dont have to have a mic in front of us or a headset. I've had a look at whats available but tbh i dont really know what would suit. As i have 2 daughters (7 & 9) the chances are that both of them will be chatting to me at the same time so something that is wide angle would suit.

Thanks in advance guys.

When buying webcams there are but three rules:

1. Buy a Logitech.
2. Did you buy your logitech?
3. Return that POS, and get a logitech !!

cheers guys just to make sure you did say get logitech isn't that right ;)

looks like ill go for the quick cam ultras.

but as for non microphone voice type thingies as i use a projector for a monitor i sit back on a sofa so id like to use something that doesnt require a stick 2 inches from my mouth the type of thing you see in video meeting rooms.

Any ideas? btw logitech dont do them :)
