I dont get it, is it the same, or 2 deifferent chipsets? (G33 and P35)

Similar chipsets. The basic thing is G33 is a less-able P35 with integrated graphics added. Most really advanced features are removed--notably RAID support and overclocking support. Always a single PCI Express x16 slot. In short, it's a budget P35 with integrated graphics. Some G33 motherboards are actually not that bad at overclocking, but those are the exception, not the rule.

Thanks a lot :D was looking at the GA-G33M DS2R, and in some reviews the called the G33, P35 and that confused me.

You're lookin @ a great board there nullface. Does over 450FSB with a newer BIOS (can't remember the version) and is very stable too. I recommend it.
