Having a problem with my rig......

Alright, so I was still trying to push my ram higher yesterday, And now I wish I wouldn't have.

I gave it as much voltage as I could (2.9), and pushed it up one mhz, and It doesn't boot. So, I clear the cmos, and it doesn't boot.

So, I clear the cmos 3 more times, and it doesn't boot.

What should I do?

Stupid question but did you unplug the powercord from your PSU before you cleared Cmos?

I hit the power switch on my power supply.

Like Zeus said unplug the pc and while its unpluged hit the power to drain the psu, then plug it back in you should be back to defaults.

also, remove the ram, and then put it back in

what speed where you running that memory @? 1mhz and it wouldnt boot? :o

I got it back up, thanks guys.

I had the ram at 217, and I'm not even sure it was totally stable there.

It was just because I couldn't give it more voltage I think.
