Well, I was looking at some speakers for my upcoming PC and i stumbled upon these - Yamaha NS-P220 (http://www.yamaha.co.jp/english/product/av/products/ht/nsp220.html) . they look pretty sweet, but someone has told me that I'll also have to buy a receiver if i wanna hook them to my sound card - is that so ? isn't there some kind of technological miracle that will allow me to use them without a receiver ?
