Problem when disabling V-sync.

I have a Sapphire 9800 pro and when I disable v-sync my gaming isnt as smooth. Its hard to explain. Its like when you dont have any video drivers installed and you move something in Windows. It doesn't move smoothly. Like in the Dragothic test in 3DMark01, the background like blinks lines when the dragon is flying. I dont know how to explain it, but when I enable wait for v-sync and my frames are locked everything is real smooth. Anyone have this problem or know how to fix it?

Sounds like a lack of voltage, I'm far from an expert on this so wait for some more responses first. How hot is it running?

Sounds to me like you need to keep running vsync;)

Everything is at default. I didnt do anything to it but it runs really hot.
