how much you willing to spend?

p4c is great
p4p is cheaper and can do pretty much the same :)

More features, who knows. I would get the P4C as well because I don't really trust the i865PE PAT thingy, especially when OCing.

P4P800 PAT works only when at 200FSB 1:1. and for this reason the P4C800 is a bit faster for most people. P4P800 can (in some cases) reach very high FSB using 5:4 divider but then again P4C800 is clock to clock as fast with 3:2 divider.

not to mention Intel is "urging" those mobo manufacturers to disable this "PAT" thing on 865 boards, so you're probably not getting any support/bios for "PAT" in the future.

sidenote, asus stated their boards has prescott support, so i'd suggest getting the P4C just in case you wont miss anything, well but nobody knows whats intel playing though
