SATA RAID5 controller

I'm looking for a RAID 5 Controller for Serial ATA disks (3x Raptors)

Does any of you peeps know any brands that make these kinds of things? :)

I don't want ATA to SATA converters, just real SATA connection

Um those were ATA100/133 ones that use a ATA>SATA converter... that is not what I want :d
