IC7G MAX3 is comming out and will be newer than the P4C800, I would take that IC7G MAX3 (25th this month!)

i would personally go with the asus board, because the mod for the mem voltage is easier, and you will be able to run the 5:4 strap at a higher fsb.:D

ASUS is better I'm afraid, and I'm an ABIT fan.
So it's ASUS P4C800, prefferably the E version, or EPoX 4PCA3+ if you can get one, they are both great for OC, but the ASUS has more VCore and CSA LAN, while the EPoX has more VDIMM.

Yer but the IC7 Max3 is said to have ~3.10vdimm isnt it?
If this is the case, then its definantly my next board :)

I love my p4c-e. Can't say anything but great things about it.
I want to get to get an ic7 too though and it looks like this may be the board. I wish the p4c had a better looking pcb :) Kind of boring. The ic7 max3 looks tough.

i had both boards p4c800-e and ic7-g and i felt better with the p4c800-e, higher fsb and pretty stable. Yes the volt mod on the ic7-g is a pain in the ass, but its goin to be my test board from now. Wheni turn on my uv ccfl in the case, the Asus board glows like a light neon green which loooks really cool.

The new IC7-G Max3 doesn't look that good to me, it might have 3.xV VDIMM but I still preffer the EPoX board and the ASUS board.
Maybe I am old fashioned, but I don't trust that stupid little fan and I definitely do not like the I/O ports on the IC7-G Max3.
