:D
I am not even sure if I should watercool it or just attach 2 120mm fans on it.
I have so many blocks in my loop as is, would adding another mcw60 kill it?
D5-mc220-mcr320-apogeegt(x3210)-mcw60(8800gts)-DD680i NBblock-Mcw30(sb)-swiftech res then back to D5
Can one D5 handle 5 blocks?

Sure it can...or at least my 5 blocks work ok. A quick way to see if you are at the border of too much restriction is to warm up your loop, then start up either Orthos small FFT's or TAT's 100% workload, then turn the pot on the D5 down to 1. If you see the temps go up a few C right away, you are nearing the limits of good flow at that pump speed, if you dont see the temps budge, you need more blocks :)

Sure, the MCW60 and MCW30 are really low restriction blocks and the Apogee GT flows pretty well too. You might gain a few degrees from the heat load, but the flow rate would be fine.
Probably something like 1.6GPM before and 1.5GPM after adding another MCW-60..

I'll be running to microcenter tonight to prep for the card tomorrow.. Thanks for your flow rate info martin, your work and others have been very much appreciated by the little guy.
