i'm using 92x38mm sunon 120cfm fans apparently vantec tornado are rebranded sunons ??

Yeah, sunon makes Tornados.
The Vantec is number one for speed, the Delat is slightly slower, but often more reliable.
I would buy the Vantec, since you can get them at COmpusa for only $19 and you have to mortgage your house to get a Delta imported from Singapore, since every American dealer is on backorder.
