right, it knows what my monitor is, my monitor can do 120hz, and it allows me to select anything up to 120hz just like it should.
the problem is it wont go above 75hz no matter what i set it on. set it to 85, 90, 100, 120 and its STILL on 75hz (as seen by the buttons on the monitor and the flicker that isnt there on 85 or more).
anyone know how the hell i fix it, im using cat 3.4 and rage3d. Tried setting the default hz for each reolution in rage3d to 85hz and reboot, monitor then thought it was at 87hz and the horizontal refresh instead of being 60 was somehting like 30 so everything was kinda grainy, but it wasnt stuck on 75 anymore, just had a screwed up display instead.
