these measure points seems to be unrealistic for Vgpu and Vmem. Which other points could i measure for getting Vgpu and Vmem voltages?

APW7065 (http://pdf1.alldatasheet.net/datasheet-pdf/view/149547/ANPEC/APW7065.html) I think this one control vgpu, solder 20Kohm multiturn trimer on pin 6 and gnd.
For vdd i think there is other IC. Wait for more answers/ideas or ask persivore/johnny (they rock:D).

Don't touch RT9199!
BN-9D L0G - Vgpu-controller. Measure resistance from all legs of BN-9D L0G to ground and post here. I think pin 14 is feedback. You need to find smd-resistor that connected to pin 14 of BN-9D L0G and ground.
APW7065 - Vmem-controller. Solder 10K ohm VR between pin3 and pin6.
Measure Vgpu at "CP4" holes and Vmem at "CP1" holes.
I'm 100% sure.
