Im not from the US, but I heard from others that Newegg has a good reputation and very good service.

Newegg would be a safe bet, they move alot of inventory and you should get the latest stepping.

From what I have seen most people have been getting non-Malay chips from NewEgg lately. :(

Yep no malay for me from newegg.
just a costa rica.
it's a ok chip, 3.4 ghz stable.
3.5 max on very agressive air cooling and no stability possible.
I keep this CPU in the off chance it will do better in Phase Change conditions.

I've bought 5 chips in the last month from googlegear, all Malay if you believe in that. Same price as newegg or cheaper and 2day free instead of neweggs 3day free shipping, Coast to coast.

shentech.com
got 2 malay from them so far. (week 11)
one was all right one and the other one seems to be good chip. SLK-900u with 32CFM fan doing 268 at default v-core and 272-5 at 1.55v. it posts up to 296FSB on default v-core but balance of temp vs vcore is not quite working out with this setup. Gonna have to see how much this particular baby have for H2O soon. (almost done with my external cooling setup... just gotta work on reservoir now).
PS) the speed above mentioned are prim95 stable, memtest86 stable, 3dmark stable,... the reason for 270-5 is it really depends on ambient temp unfortunately. 270 if i close the computer with reasonable room temp (below 26c), 275 if I leave lid off, even higher if I turn up the AC in house... (yeah... sure...) Once I get the temp controlled, I will have better idea on where this chip really stands. I am expecting somewhere between 280-300 for it to top off on water cooling...
