i've been having some trouble with my DSL line recently. The Snr downstream value keeps dropping to a level where the DSL connection becomes un-usable. I have changed routers from my netgear dg834gt to an efficient networks 5861. This seems to have helped some but i cant figure how to get line stats up with this router.
I was trawling through google the other day and saw a program that could show you your router's line stats via software. I didnt download it at the time because i didnt think id need it. Now i do i cannot find it for love nor money :(
i think it was router stats 2.1 or something like that??
Any help here would be appreciated...or if any1 knows another way to work around the 5861 router?? i know it was a very popular router for people who like to fiddle with every last thing about their connection a couple of years ago.
