take a look at this guys...i wonder what will be the result
amd platform:
Motherboad:L1N64-SLI WS
Socket:L1
CPU:AMD athlon 64 fx-74
graphics:Geforce 8800 ultra x2

intel platform:
Motherboard:P5N32-E SLI
Socket:775
CPU:intel core 2 extreme qx6850

which one of them will get a better score in pcmark05?

12 sata connectors :D
twice as many as the intel board :D

I don't understand what you are trying to say.

One is for a server and one is Awesome... (See Sig)

If you need more than 6 SATA II in a personal rig that is not a dedicated server, you need to buy fewer larger hard disk drives.. :)

Take the Intel platform. You can get sata cards and get the 12 slots even with a Intel mobo.
