Extraction point HEAVY lag

I got some insane laggy moments in fear extraction point some now and than.

8800 gts overclocked and core 2@ 3.2 ghz
2GB 800 mhz

Benchmark > mid 150 fps lowest 70

what is the problem the lack of memory so i need 3GB?? Probably:ROTF: When i played fear 1 with 1024 mb it felt a bit the same way:rofl: until i had 2GB

What mobo are you running.?
Check your bios, disable anything saying 'spread spectrum'.

I get the same thing...I think it's just the crappy game.
