webcam problem

i have 2 rigs trying to use logitech messenger webcam,

and my logitech webcam will only work on the first rig, on the second rig, the picture does stream, but it is all scrambled. Both rigs have the lastest webcam drivers, vga drivers and chipset drivers.

Ive reinstalled several times, any ideas?

logitech dont seem to want to help, they wont return my emails.

did you check your control panel settings and all that. its something you might want to do cause i had a previious problem where it worked and on the other one it didn't and i spent a whole day changing settings to where it works. could be the program that you use also?
