I cant decide which is better... a vapchill LS (LGA775 mount needs to be bought separately) or a mach II GT or a Chilly1 unit or a completely customized from the ground up unit?
In terms of money, if there is no limit then the obvious is that a custom unit would be the best choice as I understand but lets say I had a spending limit of $600 and assuming I was able to buy any of the above units for $600 then which one would you guys say is best?
For argument sake it must be noted that the unit chosen MUST be worhty of future modification to allow further enhanced performance to handle higher TDP quad core processors.
Also a stupid question but for someone fairly new to phase change, how exactly do you mount the controller for the phase change unit... I mean what do you do just put it on top of the unit bare with no protective covering or do you mount it inside your PC Case ?? ... I guess I ask because mounting it outside of the PC chasis would allow for dust to easily accumulate over the controller card while its running and turned on.... static shock can result from the dust and fry the board of the controller card right?
Thanks for your help guys!
