Antec missing -5v on motherboard connector

I received my antec 850 quattro and I noticed that the -5v was missing on the motherboard connector. Is this normal or should I rma the PSU? :confused:

It's normal.
All mobo's & PSUs after ATX rev 2.1 ( could be earlier, I'm not a 100% sure on the rev. number ) don't use the -5V rail, and that's why most ( if not all ) the new PSUs don't have the -5V cables.
