Where can you get it for less then the ninja? I can only find it with an $80 price tag.

It might be dated but I think it works great. Currently sitting at 51c load temp on my e6600 at 3ghz (idle of 32-33c in a ambient of 28c), cools great when you have a decent fan and good circulation going.
Ultra 90 (svc.com) (http://www.svc.com/ultra-90-775.html)
Buy it and get some fans for less than 40 shipped.

Check the For Sale forums here or one of the other hardware / overclocking sites.
People dump their Air-Cooling for decent prices shipped almost every day.
When someone upgrades their Air, moves to water-cooling, or just decide to try a different cooler.....they usually don't have a need for an extra one laying around.
(Unless they have a farm like some of the maniacs here) :) :)
