ASUS P5K-D which drivers?

I have just installed Vista 64bit on my PC and I'm going to install all the necessary drivers from the website(s) so that they are the latest versions. I have a single hard drive and single optical drive setup and there are some drivers on the ASUS website that I am unsure whether I need to install.

Under 'Chipset'

Intel(R) Matrix Storage Manager Driver V7.5.0.1017 for Windows 2000/XP/2003 & 64bit XP/2003/ Vista/ 64bit Vista.

Make Intel ICH9 RAID Driver Disk Version 7.5.0.1017 for Windows 2000/XP/2003 & 64bit XP/2003/ Vista/ 64bit Vista.
1. Enhance HDD compatibility under AHCI mode

Intel Chipset Inf Update Program v8.3.0.1013 for Windows 32bit 2000/2000 server/XP/MCE/2003/Vista & 64bit XP/2003/Vista(WHQL).

Under 'SATA'

JMicron JMB363 RAID Driver WHQL V1.17.15.0 for Windows 2000/XP & 64bit XP & 32/64bit Vista.

This one is only for people with a raid array right?

Under 'ATK'

ACPI driver for ATK 0110 virtual device for Windows 2000/XP(32bit and 64bit)/2003(32bit & 64bit)/VISTA(32bit & 64bit)

for chipset DL and install 1st and 3rd listed above. The 2nd one is for making a raid driver disk to use when installing the OS.

for SATA DL the jmicron one too and install it.

for ATK DL and install it.

Then you should have the latest and greatest.

The SATA one mentions RAID should I still install it?

Also does anyone know where I can get Realtek LAN drivers that are compatible with Vista 64bit; the drivers on the ASUS website won't run. I get a generic error which starts 'The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running.
