E6400 Stuck at 3.0??

I have tried EVERYTHING and ANYTHING.... messed with everything in bios, is there any reason why my 6400 isnt going past 3.0??? I read everywhere that people are blowing past this, I have no idea what is wrong, or has my processor just hit a wall?

well tell us what are your voltage settings in bios.. ??
it might be that your chip has hit its fsb wall. you can try this by lowering the multi a little bit and then try to raise the fsb...
well the mobo might be the problem too..
