I have a P5K vanilla but i want to try something new and perhaps better suited for ln2 high speed purposes..

My thoughts..

DFI LANparty UT P35-T2R @ 255€ +- 300$
I have a strong feeling that this board is overhyped and will not deliver what pre-reviews say..

Asus Blitz Formula @ 229€ +-280$
This looks like a winner, but is it looking only? does it need the mods also?...

Gigabyte GA-P35-DQ6 @ 199€ +- 250$
I have no idea if i can trust gigabytr on stability and performance?

last...

Asus P5KC @ 133€ or 150$
= p5k vanilla?

Thx fo helping me out guys, choice has to be good :D

i would put my money to the DFI p35 board any day.. i hear it can be a bit tricky at first but when you find out the right settings it rocks.
it has some kick ass voltage options that make it very appealing for guys that play around with extreme cooling but don't wanna do any kind of modding to the board it self.

I had the dfi s dark for 1 week...i had to sell it just because it didn't deliver what reviews said..since then i have my mixed feelings about dfi..

You got some real user results?:D

Im using the Giga DS4- same PCB as the DQ6. The DS4 is a really good board. The BIOS have matured and the latest ones are very good IMO :)

The Asus and DFI have better voltage options though- things like V PLL arent covered properly by the Giga

The DFI Blood-Iron board should definitely be a consideration.

It's hitting a consistent FSB about 100Mhz higher than what the DFI Dark's normally get.

I had a DFI Dark as well, I wasn't impressed either, and I moved over to an eVGA 680i SLI board.

It's done quite well for me - but for MAX FSB, you may want to look elsewhere.
