Core Duo T2350 and 7300GO test

Well today i got my new notebook and took a quick 3dmark01 run.
I must say im very dissapointed in result only 3690 points.

I looked reviews and saw normal to this card should be around 11k at least in 01.

I think it runs 3d at 798mhz and i cant get off it . BIos sucks no changes avail , couz shows 789mhz , coretemp 1,86ghz what should be default speed.

Any help how to remove that Speed step `? it isnt avail in power control

right click desktop>Properties > Screen Saver tab > Power > Power Schemes > Always on

score went to 4,7k witch still is bad, 10k would be ok.
any chanche how to change video memory?
