Seasonic S12 650watt SLI
Seasonic S12+ 550 watt
which of these would be best?

i'd go the HX... whats wrong with the PSU u got in ur sig?

If you're planning on going quad and want something that'll be in its peak efficiency when your system is at load, I'd go the Corsair HX-620. You pay a bit more, but it's more than worth it for the quality and quietness of the unit.

the psu in my sig is really loud and i mean really loud, im going watercooling so i want something quiet to go with it and the HX is the same price as the 650W s12 over here, actually a few dollars cheaper so i might just do that
