What is the critical temperature for a peltier to cause condensation? Can a 50 watt one cause it? Thanks in advance :)

you need to look up the dew point for your location

yes it can dependong on your dew point level.

And, yes, a 50 watt TEC can cause condensation.

Most Peltiers have a deltaT of 65-80C so if your cooling system can shift enough heat to keep the hot side close to ambient (20-30C) then the cold side will potentially be as low as -60. The cold side temperature will increase linearly with the heat load applied to it upto Qmax (50W in your case). So if you minimise airflow an make sure your Peltier is close to full load you might be OK if the air is dry. The cost of a sheet of neoprene and pulling your motherboard out of the case has got to be less of a PITA than a dead motherboard/CPU/GPU and whatever else the condensate kills.
