i thought i will be able to use YateLoons on the Ultra but it is not possible using the stock clips

so which fan is good for using with the ultra ( dual fan setup ) with noise not more than 35dba

Scythe S-FLEX (?) - dunno much about fans - tho these & YLs keep getting mentioned around here - they also seem to have good specs etc...

why not try and cut the 'rib' away from the mounting holes so you can use your YL? If not interested you could do with a more powerful fan anyhow. The Scythe S-Flex F variant is a nice combo with this HS and may use it as so. If you want something with over 2k rpm and a higher static pressure rating look into some 38mm thick such as Sanyo Denki San Ace, Deltas or Panaflos. You can have a dual fan mount for even extra cooling if you choose.

i have a delta but also it can\t be mounted using the stock clips

i need to search for some ideas about how to mount fans on this heatsink without using the clips

I'm a little supprised at that, I have two 38mm Deltas and they both mount fine. Could be the fans are different, but that would seem unlikely. What problem are you having. With a dual fan setup, depending on the orientaion of your cpu you'd need two sets of clips

If you're doing a push-pull config, you can use tie-wraps from fan to fan to hold them up.

Yup, zip ties do wonders or cut away the joining rib between the mounting holes like I suggested in the first post to allow the clips to do their work.

If you have plenty of money to spend, the Sharkoon Silent Eagle is top rated for air cooling.

I'm using an Arctic Cooling 120mm instead of the Yates.

It does a solid job so far.

Delta PFB1212EHE, might be a little loud for the OP though :D

No probs mounting this 38mm delta here either :)

I removed the plastic notches on my YLs with a small hacksaw and pliers, I don't have a decent file to get it perfectly flat, but it still works.
