my card runs very hot like 60c idel rite now and its 30-33c in my room ambient in the summer and i tiered of the heat crashes, and the card heating up my casses ambient so my cpu in turn runs hotter than needed

so i was looking at getting a Thermalright V1 Ultra 2 Ball VGA Cooler since its $10 and then mounting a yate or a smart fan 2 on top of it, will that be enough cooling or is there something better and im looking at $25 or under without shipping or tax as my budget for this one

the other ones i saw were the Arctic Cooling ATi Silencer 1 - Rev. 2 at petras

A bit pushy, aren't we? If your post was written more clearly, perhaps you get a response sooner. Better writing, easier to understand and more likely to get help. :yepp:

Anyhow, enough with the social lecture.. You'll be better off with the AC Silencer, as it will exhaust most of the heat out the back of the case. With the V1, you either live with the heat build-up or install a slot fan to exhaust it. Slot fans usually aren't of the highest quality, they wear out early on because the bearings are cheap, and they're quite noisy, as well.

I actually had that card until I got the x1950. I put a the AC Silencer on it got pretty good results with it, load was about 60c at stock, a little bit higher with some overclocking.
