Test Setup :
QX6800
DFI S-Dark/ ASUS P5K
Crucial Ballistix PC6400
OCZ 1KW
Nvidia 6800GS
Fatt Jack 1.0
FatT Jack 3.0

Fatt Jack 1.0 results
4.9ghz at dfi s-dark 1.9V
-validation-

The bad and the good :
Good for dryice rather unstable for LN2 seems to have problems with holding temps conus + stepper no key to succes

Fatt Jack 3.0
Note : we mounted the probe at the wall of the container
4.5 ghz 1.65V bugged at dfi wall temp was around -100, core temp around -140 :D
Insulation my friends was PEACE OF CAKE :D

The bad and the good
We learned that the probe must be place in the center of the containers base in order to make sure of full temp control, surpassing the coldbug was not easy , it hold load tremendous well :) for sure with coke cola trick ;)

We switched to evo and p5K from vince then, since it had the probe mounted correctly in the center

@-115°C and 1.59V we managed to push out 4765Mhz out of the chip giving a reasonable 10.8secs in superpi and sub 10 secs wprime. This QX has some serious potential!

Nice, you got any pictures of the pots? And whats the cocal cola trick?

- do some cola in a little box/can
- cool the cola down with lnē until you have a vast block of cola
- smash the cola into little pieces
- do those pieces in your container
- pour lnē in the container

The temps will drop very fast and you'll be able to control the temps very easily (you don't have to pour a lot). Kinda like the water buffer technique, only instead of water, you use cola ;)

hi that mine :p
nope its nothing like a water buffer , the cola move's around when its mixed with LNē .
it also set's the lnē to a boil ;) , watch out with doing this .
