So I decided to get ASUS M2N SLI-Deluxe Mobo and an Athlon X2 5600+ @ 2.8Mhz just to try what can AMD's really do. Here are the results. :)

My setup while overclocking.

Temps. BIOS says around 28-30c, but A.I booster tells me 15c?

This was on 238x14 @ 1.55v Stable 24/7. (3.360Mhz)

Then I pushed it to it's limit. 243x14 @ 1.55v (3.402Mhz)

At the end, I was satisfied with the results, but I love Intel much more. Great experience for the small price.
EDIT: Sorry for the small pictures of CPUz. I wrote the clock and speed on top of the images.

Great results there :).You gonna keep it @ 3.3Ghz for 24/7?

Since mine is at 3473Mhz 248x14 1.55V sitting on the floor, I wonder what I'd get if I bolted it to the airconditioner?

On a totally different point, what case is that and is the fan etc blowing on to your GFX card standard, its exactly what I want for mine!

Hey uwackme.. your cpu at that clock is stable 24/7 or just for show? That's an unbelievable clock :O

And for the guy that askd what case is that, It's a Lian-Li PC60 plus. That fan is great for an SLI setup which I will be optimal when I get 2 G92's. Saved just about enough ;)

I really need a better HS/F. I can get into windows @ 3.2GHz, 1.5v with an Opteron 180 stock HS/F in an Ultra Microfly. :( Darn SFF

(I'm using a 3600+ Brisbane btw, @ 3GHz 1.43v 24/7)

Dude, how many times per week do you change hardware :D
Did you sell you're conroe system?

My 5600+ only does 3.1ghz max, but hey, i'm on stock HSF :P
24/7 speed is 3ghz full stable, but i think i will underclock and undervolt this chip. It's my server chip, and the power bill is allready HUGE!

A lot.. :p:. I plan to upgrade again Xmas day (haha). Maybe Penryn/P35 or Phenom/Whatever. I sold it cause I wanted an LCD, wanted SFF and wanted air. Water was getting annoying, the case weighed a ton and I wanted a bigger monitor. Sooo.. I sold it and got this setup.

Yes Jass, 24/7 stable, 8 hours Orthos, SuperPi 32m is 22min 33sec.

I played hours of Farcry, ran all the way through till I reached the Volcano section at full speed. Would love to be playing AArmy but the latest PB update began crashing me within 10 min when playing. I disabled PB and played on non-PB servers and it runs perfectly.

The Ultra120 Extreme heatsink is unreal, idle is at 5C over ambient.... so 28C, and max load is 54C on Orthos.

I need to add heatsinks to the mosfets/pwm/vdimm.

I was thinking if it was my RAM that is holding me back to get a higher clock. I have a Corsair XMS2 DDR2 800 (PC 6400 C4) and my timings are:
4-4-4-12 2T 2.15v. I don't understand how to get my RAM at 1:1 ratio... Can somebody please tell me? (Always shows CPU/7 on cpuZ) Thank you much.
