View Full Version : San Ace again :) Q6700 + Intel Cooler box with F12-HHH add

its really hot in Hiroshima area(36C outside) ,my room temp is 29C and for that run i used an original Intel Cooler box plus San Ace F12-HHH (260CFM)
the chip is a Q6700 L724A great for air cooling but the Intel Cooler box with the original fan can not handle 3200mhz @ full load
with some changes on Intel Cooler box i maked a Cinebench @ 3800mhz and a Pi1m @ 4ghz

its hard to believe but the coretemp shows 90C+

does it make alot of noise? :P but then 90+ isnt that bad xD btw what song is that on the video? sounds good.

quite nice temps tbh, i always thought the stock cooler seemed like a quality heatsink but just lacking certain things and i think having that huge cfm fan really works for it lol, tho i would prefer a stock cooling like amd have with heatpipes etc

I don't know how you can handle that heat, if it were me i would turn off the computer and point the San Ace monster on myself for a bit lol

You can make any heatink good with a big fan like that ;)
