8800gtx and l194wtx refresh rate problem

just got my friends 8800gtx for today since he uped to xfire 2900xt and having a little problem.

my monitors model is l194wtx and the refresh rate at its max res is 75. but no matter what i did (install diff drivers, using riva) i cant set it to 75. the only 2 opinion avail is 59 and 60. i wonder if any of you guys know how to fix that

it's the LCD, LCDs are always stuck at 60 and if you set them higher it has no effect whatsoever because with a LCD you cant really have flicker . I will however affect the VSYNC.

To forcibly make the refresh rate avalible. go into the nvidia control panel and go to the custom resolution section . type in your resolution and then set the refresh rate!

i think the native res and refresh was 1440*900 and 75. nvidia drivers apprently think i can go to 2048*1536
