Help i have problems trying to flash new mobo bios DFI Inifinity NF4 SLI

Hi,
Pls. can someone give me a hint on how to flash new bios on DFI Infinity NF4 SLI board. Currently am running OS vista home premium 64bit. I hate the fact that my V.core voltage is limited to 1.55v before this 1.65v. I got a bios that will fix this problem. I glad to get ideas or suggestions on how to fix this problem. I always ve to forced to step down from 3gig to 2.9gig due to high temp. while playing games.

Well i guess no one wants to help out:shrug:
I hate the voltage gap between 1.55v and 1.65v. I gave flashing the bios a shot with floppy and winflash and got this post that i don´t ve awardbios in my board by winflash. Meanwhile the system refused to boot from the floppy:confused: If 65°c by load at 3000Mhz is normal then, i will leave my bios the way it is. PLEASE!!! i need some suggestion:confused:

I have a copy of T Mods CD it has many DFI bios files and a flashing b4 boot utility. PM me I'll upload it to you.

Please do ur have an idea of a maxi. safe temp. that an AMD X2 should be working:confused:
