What's the thermal compound like that ships with the ThermalRight Si-120 extreme?

Is it worth using over AS5?

Didn't bother to look at the tube I got with the one I just purchased, but its probably some type of ceramique. Its adequate, but some AS-5 is better. If you're running some type of phase change, I'd use it to fill the socket
