View Full Version : E6850 L722A186 (5.2GHz pi 9.781)
Another E6580 under my cascade. Hot and rainy day here, so temperatures are not the best.
Batch code is L722A186 and max fsb is around 581MHz <--

XP install is the same as in earlier runs. Slow is the best word for it :D

Nice work pete, great S.O for SPI ;)
Thanks guys! S.O indeed!
I don't have luck with these E6850 chips. It's boring if you can max them out with cascade :)
Temps are -90c idle and in load temps are something between -80c and -70c.

Nice SF3D :)
And You don't have lucky with 6850 ? I'm no lucky - Three cpu's all another week and all low fsb wall  Testing all under cascade and vcore up to 1.96V and big lol for me - max 4850MHz.
Back to old good B2 step.

This is why I didn't bother with E6850, it needs to high FSB for good clocks, and the strap is also too loose at those FSB. Hopefully they'll do better on X38.

nice work there,
im unfortunate enough to have one maxing out at 575mhz fsb, so i cant get past about 5.18ghz, this is a good chip and i expect more great results coming from you!

me too :D
Those L722 are nice! Congrats on your results!

Dont be so sure :P, with Ln2 max FSB will be probally higher and with Ln2 you can get better load temps=better clocks :D
