Do these scores look in-line for my system??

I used Catalyst 3.4's and card was overclocked to 440/380

Dunno, maybe the Dragothic scores look a bit low for your overclocked card. Here's my new 9800 Pro at stock speed for comparision - 19303 (http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k1=6712403) (~350MHz higher on the cpu than you).

You definitely need to run a higher fsb to get the Car + Lobby scores up.

Yah I know about upping the FSB but when I run 3 DIMM's and 1GB I can't go over 203mhz FSB stable

With just 512MB i can go up to 219mhz FSB...

I'll live with the speed tradeoff for the memory capacity... :D

No way! Run 512MB @ 219 for 3dmark and you'll see a large improvement in your score. Probably over 19k. You can always put the other dimm back in for day to day use.
