How to? Amanda switch

I got that Titan Amanda a while ago, and previous owner modded it a bit I think there is a problem with the pci card and ex modded the fans and the pelt run directly from power supply. Now my question is is it possible to build a 3-phase switch panel that has 1-2-3 switch and let the peltier draw 5w,28w and 50w from the 12v rail respectively. Any help will be appreciated.

ps:Also I may need a fan controller in that panel too

well I am not sure but I would say yes it can be done but the problem is you would have to be darn good with electronics and electrical work. I don't really understand why you want it to do 3 different wattage's anyways.?
